Hi,
I'd like to create a filter based on specific emails so that the action is to move the Discussion to a specific Queue. The idea is to capture premium "paid" customers to a Queue so we can prioritize their issue. I set up the filter and queue but have not had success with the filter working. I'm using comma separated emails per the [instructions](https://help.tenderapp.com/kb/general-use/how-do-i-use-filters). Is there something I am missing?

Thanks,
Rafa

Discussion filters will only work on new discussions coming in, can you give us an example discussion that was created after the filter was in place that didn't get filtered as expected?

    Thanks,
    Nicole
