How do I turn off Knowledge Base articles from being picked up by the search engines and displayed in the SERPS?
Also, how do we create additional knowledge base "categories" or "sections"? see http://screencast.com/t/xOeDgItH
Thanks, Damon

You can't block search engines from the knowledge base.
