A couple of questions

Hi guys,
We're considering moving our support to Tender, there are 2 things I couldn't find an answer for:
1. Are there any moderating tools that we can give to end-users? I.e. can I make them moderators of the 'public discussions', allow them to close discussions etc... or are these actions must be done through a 'support agent'
2. Is there any way to port pre-existing forums into the system (current forums are on php)

these are 2 important points we must figure out before starting the transition...

    We do not currently have moderator tools. Stronger community features are something we're currently discussing.

    We have a full API that can be used (with some know-how) to import off of other databases.
