Hello how is possible to enable the feature this kb have resolved my issue? Thanks

   Hi,

   This feature is automatically enabled if you have a KB. However, it is not a vote per se. If the user replies "yes, this solved my issue", the discussion is simply closed automatically since the user doesn't need help any more. If the user says no, the discussion is created normally. We don't record it as a vote.
