View Status of Sent Emails?

Hi Team,

I just wanted to ask if it would be possible to be notified or to have the ability of knowing if the status of a sent email has been opened or not?

This would be a most useful tool for us!

   Does this actually work though? You have to rely on them showing images in the (html) email.

   Hi there,

   It would be a helpful addition for us if the status was something like 'may
   not have opened/viewed' rather than a definitive 'opened/not opened', for
   the reason Courtenay outlined.
