Apply a filter to existing discussions?

Hello!

We desperately need a way to apply a filter to existing discussions, i.e so that I can create a filter that takes all tickets that mentions a certain word in to a certain que, or puts it in the spam filter, etc. I know you can do this, but it only applies it to future messages.

I can't find any way to apply the filter to existing messages... But surely there is a way?!

    Hey Kieran. I'm sorry, but that functionality isn't currently available. Filters can only run on new incoming discussions right now.

    It is something we hope to provide in the future though.
