Tags on issues to be statistically tracked at a later point

Hello!

Using tender, are you able to apply multiple tags/labels to an email/problem (example: BugA, BugB and Login Issue) and then at a later point being able to graph statistically how many of each of these issues were happening in the year?

   Thank you for the email.

   I did notice that you could put multiple emails in different queues. This is beneficial for situations where a client has multiple issues, for example.
   However, one thing that I did notice is that if you solve one issue within an email in a queue and hit close, then that email is removed out of all the queues it is in --- even if the other issue aren't closed. This can be problematic for the metics if there are multiple issues with one client.

   Is there a way around this that I’m not able to figure out? Please advise.

   Christina -

   If you close the discussion, it shouldn't remove it from the queues, if you have an example to share we'll take a look. If you have more than one issue within a discussion you can either split the discussion into multiple discussions or leave it open until all the issues within the discussion are resolved.
