queues VS categories
I saw some discussion about queues. It is not clear to me if that feature has been implemented. I have worked around by creating categories for the different issue types. Unfortunately those categories are visible (but not browseable) even when they are marked private. So is the queues feature up coming or is there a way to hide private categories?

It's not implemented yet, sorry.
Queues is coming up Real Soon Now. and it will work like (auto-populated with rules) and (manually put things into the queue).
