knowledge base reports
Can you get reports that show stats on the knowledge base usage?
For example, a report that logs each time an article is accessed, so you can see the most regularly accessed articles?

We do not have such reports at this time, but it's definitely an interesting feature and I noted your suggestion for future improvements to our knowledge base.
