<p>You can set the state variable in your email templates by doing
this:</p>
<pre>
<code>{% if state == "resolved" %}
…
{% endif %}</code>
</pre>
<p>Whichever survey info you wanted could go within that code block
in your email template.</p>
<p>If you ever did decide to upgrade, you could also use an Echo
reply to send the survey information to them when the discussion
was "closed", but that wouldn't be something the system would do
automatically.</p>
