Hi,

I'm trying to have our logo display whenever someone shares a link to one of our guides on Facebook.
Right now it is just pulling an image from the actual guide, if it has one included.

We control this on our website by using the og:image tag.

How can I do this on Tender?

Thanks,
Kobe

    Hi Kobe,

Unfortunately, this is not possible on Tender.

Let me know if you have any question.

    Cheers.

    I understand.
Can I at least embed an iFrame inside our knowledge-base articles?

We had a little time to discuss it and allowing iframe content is not something we'll be implementing at this time.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

Hmm, it's a shame, as that would've made it easier for us to control our guides' behavior on social networks, instead of having to manually embed a static image on each one.
