FAQ links in email itself

Hi there,

I'm new to Tender and I'm testing it out for Customer Support. I love the fact that customers are pointed to FAQs when asking questions, however, I'm concerned that most customers will send an email and never check the support site. Is there anyway to send them an email with the possibly related FAQs, maybe with the link to discussion?

Thanks so much,

Stephanie

What I think we're going to do for this situation is tie this into our autoresponder functionality. We plan to allow you to autorespond to new issues (ex: "Thanks for emailing us, we'll get back to you within 24 hours!"). In the autoresponse template, I'd like to add the ability to attach suggested FAQs if they exist.

I'm not sure of an exact timeline when this is going to happen, but it's definitely on our roadmap.
