    Hey guys, Queues are in beta (opt-in). If you want to be added to the beta list, we can do that later today.

    Hi Courtnay, That would be a big YES, please add us to the beta program. This is
    the one thing that is preventing us from launching our Tender site to
    our customers.

    Hey, two more questions 1. We are on a trial plan that has 8 days left. We want to sign up for
    a paid account. Are we going to get turned off in 8 days?

    1. I am unable to figure out a way to delete admin users, am I missing
      something?

    We are still getting the billing system worked out. When it's up, we
    won't be locking people out-- we will be trying a friendlier way of
    handling payments.

    Deleting admins is going out in the next deploy (tonight)

    Be aware of a few things:

    1. queues are drag-and-drop right now (no rules yet).
    2. items when resolved don't disappear from the queue
    3. you can pin a queue by clicking the little pin icon

    #1 means, you can drag issues to a queue, but we don't have the automagic rules that will funnel things for you. This is coming.
