Closing a discussion
Dear Team,
We are using the Support History report for tracking purposes. Would you please advise on the below:
Let's say we have a discussion which is resolved and closed by a support specialist. The user then reopens it and another support specialist replies and closes it once again. Who will be listed as a resolver of this discussion? Is there a way to see all the support specialists who have 'closed' the discussion?

we only track one resolver, and it's the final one.
