Conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys?
Hello,
My name is Heather and I am the Customer Service Manager for Coradine Aviation. We love using Tender for our work purposes, and I am curious if you offer a way to conduct customer satisfaction surveys either automatically or optionally with each discussion after it's been resolved? If not, would you be planning on offering this anytime soon?

Hi Heather,
We're so glad to hear you like Tender!
Tender doesn't currently offer that feature. It's of interest to us, but there are many features we are interested in, and all takes time to actually code.
I know some customers have integrated with https://www.temper.io in their email notifications, and https://qualaroo.com is another interesting app that probably only requires a script tag if you have a dev that could do that for you.
So for now, you would have to rely on a 3rd party solution.
