Hello, we have been using the forwarding feature for things such as [email blocked] and it works great. We also have several notifications we have categorized for our system that we have set up inbox's to forward to - for example

[email blocked] and it forwards to [email blocked]

We have had a situation where our inbox was flagging emails as spam (and they weren't) so they were not getting forwarded to tender...

If we have this setup, can we just have our system email directly to the [email blocked] address to avoid the forward and the possibility of this occurring? We would keep the configuration exactly as is, but for these system notifications we would just go directly to the tender address. For forwards that are actually public like [email blocked] or [email blocked] nothing would change.

Thanks

    Hi,

Let me talk this over with the team and see what our best option for troubleshooting is as this shouldn't be happening.

    Thanks,

Yes, you should be able to directly email the tender+c address (it helps to have the email address registered under a user account)

" our inbox was flagging emails as spam " -> does this mean gmail or something like that?
