Hey there,

We have gotten pretty bad about not closing our open ticket have around 10k open. Is it possible to close all of them and start from scratch and just not notify the user?

Hey Greg, we have a feature on the next plan where you can automatically close discussions after x time,

I've kicked this off and it should be finished in the next hour or so. We have a feature that does this automatically as well as a few other actions (auto-resolve, auto assign to queues or whatever based on timeouts) if you want to do this ongoing.
