response time
Hello,
Is the response time of the paid version quicker that the trail version?
It seems we have to wait up to 30 + min before someone gets a reply

Hi Kim,
No, there is no difference between the trial and the paid version, performance wise. You should not be experiencing a 30-minute delay.
Can you please link to a discussion where you experienced the delay?
