Tender Reporting Questions
Hello team,
We are looking to pull some data from Tender.
I was looking at the staff response view.
The description says "Staff Timeline displays how many responses each of your Support Staff has made. The darker the color, the more comments relative to other times of day."
When you say responses, is that defined as a response sent by our staff member, or if a staff member is communicating with a user are both staff member responses and user response included?
Additionally are internal response included?
Do you guys have additional or customized reporting that we could access?

Hi Sarah,
yes, it excludes internal comments. The "response volume" staff report is just staff comments only, and the "discussion volume" is new discussions (i.e. first comment only is counted).
What other reporting are you looking for?
