My app sends emails straight to the Category "email".

So do I just copy paste the "tender" email into the left field to enable?

Thanks

Edit: so the "users send emails to this email" user is my app...

Hmm, didn't really think about people using it like that (not that it's a problem). For now, you can ignore it... the tender emails will continue to work without specifically enabling them. In the meantime I'll think about people using it like you are.

Using it so users of app can send "feedback, suggestions" :)

You still write in the message area (not in CC fields). You just need to make sure your text comes before the forwarded text. I've attached an image of how this should look in Mail.app.
