Yes. You can use https://ifactr.tenderapp.com or if you need to use that custom domain you'd need to set up a proxy with your own SSL certificate.

Thank you, Courtenay. I appreciate your quick response.
There are many broken images in your KB article on custom domain, which makes the article a bit difficult to follow.
But, yes, I believe that's what we need: our custom domain (support.ifactr.com) to redirect to the https version of our tenderapp.
I'll keep reading your KB, but thought you should know about broken images.
Thank you

Hmm, there's some updated information on that. I'll have to collate it and I'll update you. Basically to add ssl to your custom domain you'd need to actually run a proxy rather than just point your cname.

The easiest way is to add a cloudfront host at amazon, point a cname at that, and add your ssl certificate there.

if none of that makes sense, get back at me and we'll figure it out together.

If you'd like to get a SSL certificate for support.ifactr.com and attach it to this discussion, we can install it for you.

Thank you very much, Courtenay. I've asked my teammates here to generate a SSL certificate and will get back to you as soon as we have it.
