Regularly receiving the same spam

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way for you to check as I have keep receiving emails from users requesting activation of sim cards etc..
Seems that that some operator is using my Tender account as their support.

Thanks and let me know what you would need from me

   Examples attached.
   I do not receive a 1'000 emails a day neither, just a few once in awhile, but seems to be always related to sms, sim activation.
