Knowledge Base
Our organization would like to host a page on our site that includes the top 10 most popular KB questions. Do you offer a widget or a way to pull it into our site w/o us having to just copy/paste content? My concern is that if we update KB, we'll have to remember to update our site. The better option is to just have a feed from KB.
Thanks!

Hi, we don't currently have a way of measuring 'popular' KB articles.. what do you think the metric would be?

Hi Courtenay,
Probably based on the number of times people view the FAQ?

Ah, we don't currently track those numbers within tender but you can add your own google analytics or other page-count tracking code. However, publishing tht data publically seems to be circuitous. I did a quick bit of research and it doesn't look like it's particularly easy to do for a non-developer :(
