Hi lovely Tender staff,
Heather here from Coradine Aviation again.
I searched through past discussions and understand you said most recently (in 2013) that you do not support a Live Chat feature, but that some of your customers use other apps that aren't integrated. I'm just writing in to let you know that we are interested in this feature, and would love if it could be integrated with the Tender Support system for us to use with our customers. Have you gotten many other requests for this recently? Since it has been 3 years since you last reported that this was not available, have you given it any other thought?

We haven't had too many other requests for it - it tends to be a different (distracting) workflow to the current method of operation. I've used olark in the past, which emails a chat log, but it isn't integrated e.g. with faqs
