Question on Reports
Hello,
What's the difference between comments and responses? I'm looking at the report Staff Performance which tracks the number of comments employees make, and Staff Responses which shows the volume of responses.
Are responses and comments defined differently, or are they being used interchangeably?
Thank you,
Nancy

Hi Nancy,
responses will be just the initial response to an incoming discussion, i.e. comment #1 only. Comments is all comments. So you can look at how many initial replies there are vs overall activity. For example, your employee might be only responding to existing discussions but not replying to new discussions, so you could see it in those numbers.
