Hi there,

We would like to make our tender site not-live, so users cannot view it in read only mode, and prevent new posts to be created. Does that work?

    Hi Greg,

We do offer an Archived mode for $9/mo which might be of interest to you: it puts the site in readonly mode and allows you to setup an auto-responder that people will get if they reply to an old ticket. You can also set a banner across the whole site to inform people that you moved to a new address/are making changes, etc.

The option appears on the billing page when you attempt to cancel; you'll be given the option to choose Archive plan.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Best,
    Brandi

    Hi Greg,

See above: The option appears on the billing page when you attempt to cancel. You'll be given the option to choose Archive plan, and you can then set-up an auto-responder and banner.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
