Hi,

We are running tests and the link to contact us is not working when we test it when people are not signed in

https://humble-bundle.tenderapp.com/discussion/new

It says there are no catagories but there is when a signed in person tries to contact us. Needless to say we want ours to appear like your is now with people just putting in their email without having to create an account.

a quick reply would be greatly appreciated but we are considering dropping you shortly.

thanks,

Ian

All of your categories are private and invisible. If you remove the invisible option you'll be able to see them in the discussion form. Invisible just means it's not a visible category when looking at the Public Discussions page. What is the workflow you were hoping for when you selected that for your discussion categories?

Let us know and we'll continue working with you.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

    Hi there,

How do we add categories so they appear in the drop down list when a person is trying to ask a question? There are no category options when someone who is not signed up tries to email us. So every time it comes up as an error.

    Ian -

You need to make your categories private but visible. Once you've deselected the the "Invisible" option for your categories then any user, logged in or not, will be able to select the category for their discussion. Because the categories are private, users will only be able to see their own discussions in these categories.
