Hi,

How does your app manage 10 email addresses that are forwarded to your system?

Do all users have access to all 10 email address requests? Do they all go to the same forum?

When you set up email forwarding, you choose the category that the issues go into. You can have many email addresses go to one category, or separate categories. You can see a screenshot of our setup currently (with sensitive information blocked out).

All support users see all of the issues, but by default issues that come in via email are marked private, so only the support team and the user who sent in the support request can see the issue.

Here's a screenshot of the help.tender email settings. You can setup one or more email addresses for a specific category.

We'll probably be removing the email address restriction in the future and tweaking our plans a bit.

    Hi Kyle,

How mature if your product? Do you have allot of subscribing users at this time or you are in the growth phase and tweaking as you go?

We're less than 6 months old, so definitely in the growth phase.
