I am seriously looking at Tender Support to manage all of our defects, but wanted to know if there was any documentation created that I could leverage to send to my clients on how to use the application. Please respond back as soon as you can.

Thanks,

Neil

Neil, I sincerely apologize about the delay in response to your support discussion.

We don't currently have documentation available as to how to use Tender, but we do plan to offer that in the near future, a series of screencasts, mostly geared towards Tender account owners, but I can add a client/customer side based screencast which you could link to, showing how simple it is to use.

I would also be more than happy to do a quick step by step article of how they would submit a discussion. Overall we feel the system is fairly straight forward as it is, since you don't HAVE to login in order to submit a discussion, and as long as the email address is valid you never even have to return to the UI unless you want to.

    Will,

    That would be extremely helpful.

I'm trying to roll this out to a large organization and documentation would
    be really helpful.

That article would go a long way.

    Thanks,

    Neil

Neil, I just wanted to apologize for the delay. I thought I would have some free time last night to work on it but I managed to stay extremely busy. I should have tomorrow afternoon free to whip something up for you.
