Hey Guys,
Do you have any ETA for an api? At least to create a ticket under a certain category?
If it's gonna be a while, I'll have to use email that is linked to a specific category.

We should have a basic API this month. By basic, I mean, supporters can create discussions/comments and assign categories/queues.
