Question about private mode
When private mode is enabled, can people who have registered and logged in on my site still access the support site without being invited, or does private mean it is private from them as well?

Anyone with an existing account can still login.

What about new people that have registered remotely, and then want to come over to the support section, will they be able to get access or do they need invites?

If you're using multipass or cookie logins to create the account for them on the Tender site, you won't need to invite them. Basically, the private mode just hides the signup form and does not allow anonymous users.

Perfect. That is what I was unsure of.

Cool. Let us know if you have other questions -- it's a very young
feature and our ears are open for any feedback.
