<p>It has been a little while, so the question may be a little different now.<br>
We sometimes assign to one of several specific people as well as a tier. It<br>
is actually our Tier 3 that we are having problems with. When we assign to<br>
a Tier 3, Tender shows it as Tier 2 (see below). These were all assigned to<br>
Tier 3 - Analysts and a specific analyst, but the queue is showing as Tier<br>
2 - Other, which is not one of our queues. I do see that the URL shows<br>
tier-2-other, and I wonder if it was originally named that when it was set<br>
up and then had a description change. If we do that, do we need to set up<br>
an entirely new Tier to avoid confusion and if we set up the new tier, then<br>
need to move everything from the old tier? That sounds like a potentially<br>

It is in the Tier 3 Queue and the Queue for the specific analyst<br>
(assigned).
