Removing Support Staff
Once I make someone a support staff member, is there any way to remove them from support staff? I could not find a way to do this....

Scott,
If you go to Accounts & Settings >> Users >> Support Staff you will be able to click the check-box next to the person(s) you want to remove from support staff. At the bottom of the page you'll see a drop-down menu that will let you change their user type.

Thanks I dunno how I missed that. Another question in the same vein…. when I authorize email addresses for forwarding of emails, how can I "unauthorized" email addresses?

If you go to accounts and settings and then email, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page you'll be able to click an "unapprove" link next to the emails you no longer want to have whitelisted for forwarding.
