When a client send an email to start a discussion, the discussion's owner's name is set to 'Anonymous' as default.
I prefer to use the email address instead of 'Anonymous' . So that seems to be more polite to my clients.

Sure I'll make that tweak. We take the name if their client specifies it (rick <[email blocked]>). We used to take the email address and 'sanitize' it, but some customers freaked out because we were displaying their email address on the site. The default name has gone through several variations.
