Why can't supporters create tickets?
Hi there,
I have seen the FAQ entry related to supporters not being able to create tickets, but I don't agree with it since this use case fails if Tender is used both internally and externally as a ticketing system.
Perhaps we are not using Tender for what it was intended to be used for.

Hey Nico,
You can create tickets, just not for other people. We do plan on making this possible (in future). You will be able to open an issue on behalf of another user.
Alternatively, you can forward emails (emails originally sent to you) to Tender and it will open a ticket from the original sender.
