modify uploaded images in media drawer

Is there a way to upload an image and have it replace a previously uploaded image so I don't have to change the link in the FAQ?
We place screenshots in the FAQ's and find that small changes to the UI require us to change a few of the images that show up in different FAQ's.

Hey Josh,
We actually haven't had anyone else notice this before - but I see how it might get cumbersome deleting and re-inserting images. We'll look into editing existing files.
