Granular support user permissions
Can support users have access only to specific categories, or are they global?
Is there a way to fake it (if not :) ?

Right now they are global. We don't have any immediate plans to roll out granular permissions any time soon, we'll just have to see how the demand comes in (you're the first one to request this so far).
The only way I could think of faking it would require a lot of work with our API - and something that's probably more of a headache than it's worth in the long run.

We don't plan on having granular permissions at this stage, because it'd complicate things too much. If you're a supporter, you have access to everything.
