How to change the user roles for employees?
Right now, the options seem to be: Spammer, Disabled, Support, User. On the Tender support site, you guys all have custom job titles. :)
Anyway, we would really rather put "Software Engineer", etc., than have everyone say "Support Staff".
Is there a way to do this and I am just missing it?

Hey Damon,
You probably are just looking too deep in the settings, it's right on the front page of Members Management.

See the fields under each support user. Enter the desired title there, then scroll down to the bottom and click "Update Information" and you're done!

Whew! Had no idea what that field was for. I'd suggest you add a label to make it more clear. Glad the feature was right there already! Thanks
