"Do not mark as Spam" filter
Hello,
Spam filtering system allows marking discussions that fit certain criteria as spam.
Is it possible to prevent certain discussions from becoming spam if they meet certain other criteria (e.g. mention product or company name in their email topic or body)?
Discussions are closed to public comments.

Hi Alex,
Sorry for the delay.
Tender learns from your action, so when you mark comments as spam or when you restore comments from the spam folder, Tender learns from the content of those messages. So the first thing you can do if you have a lot of false positives is: restore them. You should start to see an improvement, and if you don't, let us know and we'll look into it.
