Can we edit the text in the auto e-mails that are sent with discussion updates
Gents,
Can we update the text in these auto e-mails (see below). A lot
of the information after the '--' will confuse folks so we'd prefer
not to show this.
Cheers,
Peter

Not yet but we're looking into some options. It's likely we may add some simple templating to the subject and body parts of emails. We're getting a lot of conflicting feature requests in this area :)
If you're curious, I'm specifically looking at Mustache , though reluctantly leaning towards Liquid.

Hi,
The company I work for, Mollie BV (mollie.nl), is currently into using Tender as helpdesk software. The problem is that the default emails are:
1) In English. We want to provide support in Dutch.
2) Tender-branded.
3) Not deactivatable.
I hope you can consider the system that other helpdesk software use, where some types of email can be deactived system-wide and all messages are customizable so we can write them in Dutch without the Tender-brand.
Please let me know if the features above are in development and when they'll arrive.

This is done, and deployed. You can customize outbound comment notification mails for each category.
