tag an email multiple times
It would be great for users of Tender to be able to tag an email multiple times.

Are you asking for Tagging support? I don't know if a tag cloud is really necessary. What happens is they tend to get unruly as users tag similar things with slightly different tags.
Admins can push discussions into queues in emails using the
#queue
command. For instance, if I was replying to this in email I could add:2 Posted by Michael on 21 Oct, 2009 07:26 PM
Thanks Rick-- in the example you give above, would my email end up in both the queues featurerequest and tagging? That is what I'm interested in doing. And could the support user (me) later go back and put the email into a third queue as in
queue sprint10
to add the email to the sprint10 queue?

Users can't add their own discussions to queues. Queues are a
mechanism for the support team only. We really strive to keep the
user experience in submitting feedback as simple as possible. I think
a tag cloud would complicate that unnecessarily.
It's not off the table, but it's definitely not coming anytime soon.

I think I confused you. I'm considering Tender for my website and I handle member support. When I asked if I could later put an email into another queue (but leave it in the first queue too) could I do that. Now I'm confused:

Yes, you can drag discussions from the admin dashboard to queues, or
add individual discussions to the queue in the web UI.
