Multiple services/products - seperate helpdesks
Hi
Does Tender still not support multiple helpdesks under one account?
I would like to have a seperate helpdesk for each service/product - each under a different brand - but bring the backend (admin side) together - allowing me to choose which staff can view and respond to which brands.
Any chance of this any time soon? also, where is your API up to? From what I can gather in the discussions already had, neither of these two features are available at the moment.

Hey Mike,
https://help.tenderapp.com/faqs/api is the current documentation for the API.
We don't currently have multiple product integration for Tender.
http://hoth.entp.com/2009/11/7/currently-on-the-tender-roadmap is a blog post from the end of last week about our current status on the Tender roadmap.

Sorry to be a pain, but I don't suppose you have any dates against the
features in the roadmap or a rough idea?
I would love to use your service but at this stage I'm unable to with the
current functinality.

As noted in the blog post that Will referenced, we will be supporting multiple backend Lighthouse projects for a single Tender site. We don't have any roadmap for multiple products in Tender, however.
