SIgnatures...again
Hey guys -
Have started using Tender in earnest recently and I have to say lack of signatures has to be one of the most obvious and irritating things. Title, blurb or other links/info is super important for the user to know who they are speaking with and important for conveying our brand voice.
I'm surprised to see from other threads this one isn't on the roadmap because I find it a glaring miss.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hey Mike,
We appreciate your feedback. ENTP is a small team and only schedule our tickets a week or two in advance. Adding signatures is not something we have scheduled. We will let you know when we've made progress with adding this feature.

Since this is something support personnel have to deal with literally every single time they write a response, seems like it would be a huge benefit. Looks like there have been a ton of other threads requesting this dating back two years.
Please let us know if / when this is coming ...
