Does Tenderapp email customers on submitting a ticket/
Hi,
We own ternderapp. However, when customers create a ticket,
it doesn't email them anything until we respond, which
sometimes
takes a bit.
Can Tenderapp send an immediate email?
Also, when they go to check for a response on the tenderapp
application
(ours is hrmi.tenderapp.com), how do they log in to SEE their
ticket if maybe our email response got buried/
The login link at the top requires a password that they didn't
create when
they STARTED a discussion. So I don't see how they can get a
response on
the support desk other than via the email sent when we respond to
their
ticket.

Marlon,
You can turn on autoresponders in your settings so that when a user sends an email it immediately sends a response back.
