Support Multiple Products/Services through one account?
Hi
We have several products and services we would like to support using tender. :-) Is this possible in one desk (ie each product/service comes in through a different email address and we use a different business name for each.
If you would let me know that would be great.

Yes, it is possible to do this. It can become unwieldy if you have a high volume or require ore granularity (such as categories for billing etc for each product). You are certainly welcome to give it a try and see if it that set up will fit your needs!
