Why can't I use the API with no login?

I'm trying to the use the API to get the list of available FAQs in a particular category for our custom support site.

For this, I apparently need to be logged in. This is a bit of a disappointment, since I'm only interested in the public FAQs. Also, I was hoping to do it all in JavaScript. I obviously wouldn't want to show a login in the JS code, even for a specially-created one.

Any reason why I cannot retrieve public information without a login?

You can now access the published FAQs without logins:

    curl -H "Accept: application/vnd.tender-v1+json" http://api.tenderapp.com/help/faqs
