Hi, eventually we plan to make a few screencasts in a support
forum. For example we might put a series of videos on blip or vimeo
and would want to embed them or something on a page in our
helpdesk.
Is that possible with your service?

We support flash in our FAQs right now. A future update to our FAQ system will give paying users a lot more flexibility in terms of special content they can add to the pages. Other pages of the site are not as configurable at the moment though.

I think within FAQ would be fine. I saw another discussion regarding
video embed (https://help.tenderapp.com/discussions/questions/305-video-embedding-video
) that shows one of your clients who is using the Flash route.
Is there any reference you can point me to that explains how to do this?

Video services like Youtube/blip/Vimeo should have embeddable HTML
code that you can just drop in your FAQ content. I haven't actually
tried any of this, but (as you've seen) some of our customers are
already doing this.
