Support Email Setup
I'd like to use the email support feature in tenderapp.
Once I'm forwarding our support emails to the specific tenderapp
email.
I understand that I can setup the system to automatically create
a new discussion for the incoming email.
However, is it possible to automatically mark the discussion as
private?
We need to do that. Maybe later on the support agent could decide
to make the discussion public, but it should be private by
default.
Discussions are closed to public comments.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Discussions that come in through email should be private by default. Can you provide an example where this is not happening?

Ohh ... interesting! This was more an upfront question before I actually go ahead and stir up our support team. And I didn't find this information.
But OK, if they are private by default than thats cool!
