privacy levels in knowledge-base
Hello,
I am interesting in your product and i would like to know what is
Tender enable to do specifically. The point is, is it possible to
integrate knowledge-base with privacy levels to Tender? It is
needed to allow customers to view some articles/categories and do
not allow to view another. And our staff is to view all of them. So
is it possible?

Yes, you can have some articles published and others saved in "draft" form that the public can't see but that your staff can. If you have an ultimo level account, you can set certain users as "important" and also create knowledge base articles viewable only by those users and the staff.
