Tender Team,

I am trying to create a filter tha grabs all inbound messages and assigns them to a queue. Unfortunaly, I can's seem to figure out how to do this. I have tired wildcards (*) and leaving everything blank, to no avail. If I select everyting in a categor, I get all those messages, but I don't want to create a filter for each category.

Actually, that's my second issue. I woudl create multple filters, but I seem to be only able to create 2 filters. Is that our maximum?

In the end, all we are trying to do is assing two of our support staff as watchers to alll discussions. We don't get very many emails (1-2 per day) and both of us want to know what's going on with every convo. Is there a different way to dit his than filters/queues?

Thanks,

Tim

The Basic plan has a limit of 2 filters. If you want your support staff to watch all discussions it might just be easier to have them change their user profile notifications (for instance, yours here - http://help.montessoriworkspace.com/users/361977/edit) so they are notified of all discussions in X category. This will add them as a watcher to every discussion in that category.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
